These guys are awesome. They randomly popped by, noticing the buildup of leaves on my roof. Not only was their quote to clear, bag, and remove the leaves astonishingly reasonable, they were quick, friendly, communicative, and absolutely go the extra mile to make a happy customer. For instance, when they noticed a large branch had impaled a shingle, they were quick to let me know, AND offered to repair it if I had any extra shingles... which I did! They saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle by doing this, and I will absolutely be reaching out to these guys for some window and door replacement work we need done. 3 Peaks Roofing is Just amazing to say the least. Thanks to Mitch and Don working with 3 insurance claim adjuster to get our house and barn roofs completely done. They have a fantastic team of guys that were just amazing as Mitch and Don. Look at the photos they did both roofs in one day. Our house has a complex and complicated roof. But it was no match for Mitch, Don and their team. We highly recommend them to anyone that wants a great job. Mitch and Don was helping at the site the hole day and came back the next day to do a final check and clean up anything that may have slipped by. Thank God for people like them. Amazing ~ K M

I called Don out to take a look at my aunts property to clean the gutters last summer. He suggested a couple of minor repairs which were extremely reasonably priced. I went ahead with the repairs he suggested, as they would prevent further deterioration of the roof. He cleaned my gutters and made all of the repairs that day! He even suggested I call an arborist to take down part of a tree that was hanging over the roof. Fast forward to this winter- the only advice I put off from Don came back to bite me! tree fell on my aunts house badly damaging the roof and gutters. Don gave me a quote which seemed extremely reasonable to me, my aunt wanted me to get a couple of other quotes. Don was the most responsive by far, his price was the best too! His crew put a temporary repair on the roof to keep the moisture out, then two days later returned to completely replace my roof! The moral of the story for me, is.. call Don! Listen to Don! The guys at 3 Peaks did an amazing job putting a new roof on my house after storm damage (a tree fell on our roof). Don was open and honest through the whole quoting and scheduling process. They provided a very competitive price and the best part was they were done with everything in 1 day! That included tearing off the old roof. They also worked directly with my insurance company to smooth out all the details on my claim to make sure everything that was damaged was getting covered. We were very pleased with the work done by 3 Peaks Roofing. Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm and Don came out to inspect it promptly. My husband is a retired roofer so he had concerns about who to trust with the work. While talking with Don during the initial inspection and in follow up conversations, he was very comfortable in working with 3 Peaks. On the day of install they were prompt, efficient and courteous. Definitely a 5 🌟 business!!!! Don came out within a matter of an hour when the insurance inspector was on the way to do an inspection for a hailstorm and water damage insurance claim. The previous company that gave us a quote was unavailable even though they said they would be able to come out anytime. He was a lifesaver!! Not only did they do our roof they added on a covered porch (which we always wanted ❤️), doubled the size of our deck and replaced our patio door! Mitch came up with spectacular plans for our porch with a vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting and a fan! Mitch was so easy to work with especially when we kept adding on more projects that needed to be done like adding gutters to the house! My son wants to be a building contractor now after spending time and seeing the work they did. They were so nice with our kids. We are so excited to spend our summers out on the porch this year! The before and after pictures are almost unrecognizable! 100% would recommend and will use again for other building projects 😁 ~ Karin M

What a wonderful experience! Both Mitch and Branden were extremely thorough, attentive and gave me a truly free estimate. They even investigated possible interior causes. Although my issue wasn't roof related after all, they gave me good advice and even followed up with a phone call to recommend someone who could possibly help with my leak situation. I had 3Peaks and a few other companies give me quotes for our roof. 3Peaks had great pricing but the reason I went with them was they were not your typical pushy roofing company like the others. They were honest guys and you could tell they cared. Every part of the job was on time like they said, and the communication was there the entire time. I purchased a fixer upper with all kinds of design plans. Sadly I didn’t know the roof was as bad as it was until after the closing—a couple layers and shingle colors included! Don and Mitch sure did come to the rescue on this project… going above and beyond and it looks so much better without leaks. Don came out to inspect our roof about some potential concerns we had. Several other roofing companies already had given us very expensive quotes, all with different reasons why we needed a new roof. Unlike most of the companies who took pictures from the ground & clearly were speculating about things that were supposedly wrong with our roof, Don actually climbed on our roof for inspection and ran tests in our attic space to determine if a new roof was necessary. He was able to clearly explain to us the state of our roof and attic with proof to back it up and explain the construction of our really old house in regards to ventilation of our attic spaces. We are so grateful that our roof is looking like it'll be good for many more years. We are so thankful for the honest business practices of 3 Peaks. This is a company that does things right, won't cut corners, and won't take advantage of people. You guys are truly truthful, honest, and professional people. They showed up early in the morning! Ripped old shingles off, replaced some decking, re shingled full house, with attached garage, and 24x24 polebarn, and cleaned everything up and gone in same day. I needed a new roof. I called a local roofer. Got a very nice quote. Price was good,well within my $$$ budget. Two layers of shingles were removed in no time and they were done in 4-1/2 hours. Very windy day, to do a roof. Thousands less than other quotes. Very Happy! Now to paint my shutters blue for the perfect match!!!! ~ Farley M
